Attention spans are funny things aren't they? Me..I like to read a good book...and if it's a good book the longer it takes the better. I like to read.
In business it's different, I want everything now, quick information, quick access, immediate satisfaction. We're all the same too. Because of the TV/information age we have developed the attention spans of 'gnats' - and a great ability for selective attention.
We want more information in 'byte sized' chunks and I don't want to read much. 'Where's the beef?' is the catchcry. So, more video, audio and interactive links are the order of the day. Simple website - more content through media bytes.....oh, and a social network for your clients. Prepare for Web 3.0.
